Most dried flowers lose their fragrance during the drying process. However, some may retain a subtle scent. If you'd like a scented option, just ask!
Can I request a custom arrangement?
Absolutely! We love creating pieces that are meaningful to you. Just reach out with your colour palette, theme, or any inspiration you have in mind. We ask to allow 2-3 weeks for completion. If you need it urgently please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

How do I care for my dried arrangement?
Keep them in a dry spot, away from direct sunlight and strong breezes. No water needed! A gentle dusting with a soft brush every now and then helps too.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we carefully package all our creations to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping is available Australia-wide.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if something arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes, we offer local pickup and delivery options—just select your preference at checkout or get in touch to arrange it.
Can I include a gift message?
Of course! Add a personal touch by including a note at checkout. We'll handwrite it for you on a beautiful gift card.
How much notice do you need for wedding florals?
We hope for a minimum of 8 weeks' notice for weddings, but would try to accommodate where possible. 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
